This page is dedicated to Kevin L. Gross aka Richard Leslie. He is owner/operator of the Usenet news server, Randori.com. Kevin Gross stalks individual users through Usenet postings. Once he learns a posters patterns he follows those posts to the victim. There is an obcession with stalking individual users which is proven by his posting habits to news.admin.net-abuse.sightings under the alias of Richard Leslie.
 

 During March 1999 I was a customer of randori.com / Kevin Gross. I had paid $30.00 for 3 months access and was cut off after two days service. On day one I posted a few cartoons to the news groups with utmost caution. Shortly after I received a rude email telling me my service was cut. I called Kevin Gross to request a refund. He literally began screaming at the top of his lungs over the phone. (If you ever heard a crack head go ballistic, you would notice like Kevin they spit while screaming and stammering.) He used every foul word and combination possible on me. He refused the prorated refund. And threatened
if I called back for a refund he would charge my credit card an extra $50.00. He banged the phone in my ear and I called back. He began laughing and stated he charged the card the extra $50.00 and asked what was
I going to do about it? He also swore that he would have the site off line
no matter what he had to do, even if it were the last thing he did in life... (Notice the sites up and running 18 months later.) Immediately I called my card company and told them about the incident. Apparently Kevin Gross charged more then the $50.00 to the card which was successfully disputed and all fund's were returned by the bank. Personal information from the credit card transaction was spread from him to others on the net.

By this time Kevin Gross was familar with my posting procedures from his own server. Proceeding my dispute Kevin Gross began to harass my server imagiware.com. He obtained a list of their customers and began threatening damage to them if they kept my site online. He emailed the individual customers, hosts and upstream's with his tantrum's. At one point Kevin Gross screwed up and mentioned a conversation that was between only the two of us to my server. To cover it up he changed his name to Richard Leslie. He claimed he read a verbal dispute on the newsgroups and felt inclined to help. As mentioned before, Kevin Gross was oriented to where I posted from his server, so for him to be right there while he was simultaneously trying to have my site damaged was more then coincedental.

Later I joined usenetserver.com I posted from there with permission to post specific images to certain groups. Afterwards Kevin Gross began sending complaints to Dwight Rinderele. When Dwight refused to pull the account Kevin Gross threatened to pull usenetserver.com's feed since Kevin Gross was their upstream provider. Dwight apologized to me for it and explained it was sacrificing one to save many other's.
 

Kevin Gross began calling my out of state providers to have the account(s) pulled. Not only did he identify himself at this point, he was also caught on the caller ID box several times. He began telling larger stories claiming I was a notorious email spammer. Though, nothing exists even implying that I email spammed ever. That tactic never worked for him either. I believe its worth mentioning how far he will go, as this is the same character that wants to do business with you at news.randori.com and http://www.randori.com
