forgery.
Using a registered domain name in your return addy may be a cancellable
offense, but no way in hell is it illegal under the eyes of the law.

Read the forgery laws. It clearly states that an attempt must be made for
monetary gains.
What monetary gains have been attempted in the headers?
None.

Take somebody to court on that issue alone and you'd be laughed out of the
court room.
